I am a Connecticut and New York licensed massage therapist and graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage. My bodywork has been described as integrative and therapeutic. The specific modalities I perform are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Sports, Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy, Energy Palpation, Aromatherapy, Hydrotherapy, Elder Massage, and techniques indicated for those with specific pathologies and/or disabilities. As a certified hydrotherapist, I use hot and cold therapy for pain management and to aid in soft tissue repair. My approach combines these skills into a comprehensive and holistic session geared towards relaxation and rejuvenation, and ultimately bodily awareness.
